In high school, it was very certain that I would never leave New York City for college... NEVER.

But in 2018, I found my love for advertising in Richmond, Virginia?!

How? It took two years of feeling very lost while play lots of soccer at Goucher College in Towson, MD before deciding to transfer to VCU. Goucher's very limited majors had me exploring the business program and sociology program (for my love of helping others) but my overbearing creativity didn't let me settle. 

I barely knew advertising existed at the time but I did know that I needed something that catered to my explosive imagination... like an artistic and expressive therapist almost? After months of research, I found the Ad Program at VCU and next thing I know, I'm even further away from home. Oops! Sorry Mama and Papa!

I went from a school of about 1,500 students to the largest school in Virginia and to this day, ignoring intimated-teenage Izzy was the best decision I've ever made.
